Anti Vibration Mounts and Rubber Buffers
"ET" & "E" Mounts :: Load Range: 80 ~ 1590 Kgs.
 The "E" & "ET" mountings are indispensable where vibration from diesel generators, compressors, screens, blowers and a host of high and heavy weight equipment needs to be isolated.
The "E" & "ET" mountings provides large deflection , high load capacity with extended service life.
The mounting springs are loaded in shear and compression for optimum load/deflection characteristics and are protected from oil and physical damage by the robust metal casing in which they are housed.
Additionally, the 'E' & 'ET' (special) incorporates friction pads, thus eliminating the need for bolting.
EM Mounts :: Load Range: 200 ~ 2000 Kgs
 The EM type Mounts are indispensable where Machine Tools, Office Machines, Textile Machinery, small workshop and sensitive Laboratory equipment, Pumps and Compressors have to be vibration insulated.
EM Mounts are Vibration-insulating and solid-borne sound absorbent.
Requires no drilling, no anchor bolts. Simple Adjustment and easy installing.
U-Shear Mounts :: Load Range: 15 ~ 200 Kgs
 ESBI U-Shear mountings are most flexible and provide the best insulation when the load is in shear, i.e. in the vertical and longitudinal directions. In the transverse direction, the mount is in compression and is comparatively stiffer than the other two. Stiffness in this direction is a useful characteristic for applications were limitation of movement in one direction is required.
When employed under a common bed plate, flexibility to quite a degree is achieved in the vertical direction and at right angle to the engine crankshaft as vibrations are most severe in these directions.
Shock loads upto 3g are permissible.
Vibration Pad
 ESBI vibration pads are available in rectangular shape, having a load carrying capacity upto 4000 kg. Higher load carrying capacity is possible on request.
Fixing is possible from top and bottom of pads through tapped holes on metal plates.
Suitable for isolation of vibration and shock loads.
Designed specially for heavy engines, gensets, etc.
Rubber Buffers
ESBI Rubber buffers are of simple design and easy to fit.
The mounting protect instruments, electronic apparatus and all sensitive equipment from shock and vibration.
Rubber to metal bonding permits loading in compression, shear or a combination of both.
Load range upto 2000 Kg when in compression. Rubber buffers should never be mounted in tension.
